My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, with a nice lounge sofa space separate from the beds, felt like a suite, but the bathroom was ridiculously tiny and had an undesirable odor that lingered despite efforts to address it. The location was convenient and close to downtown Nashville, offering ease of access while being situated in a quieter area off the Interstate. The dining experience was substantial with varied choices, but the value for money might not justify the cost for non-Hyatt rewards members.
